We’ve been providing our clients with customized and air-tight estate plans that last for generations doing what our clients want them to do for many years.
Bill White, the brains behind Our Estate Planning Attorney, attended Rutgers and UCLA School of Law and has been practicing over 14 years. Bill founded Carswell Law, Inc. in 2005 to stop families from suffering what happened to Bill’s family when his grandfather passed away.
When Bill’s grandfather passed away unexpectedly and without any estate planning in place, the creditors and predators came out and his grandmother wound up losing the family home and all of their savings. The family split apart after that and moved all over the country.
Bill doesn’t want that to happen to anyone’s family so he focuses on crafting highly customized and air-tight estate plans that protect our clients and their loved ones from those same predators and creditors.
Our fees are different!
We believe in no surprises when it comes to fees. So that you don’t have to worry about paying more than you expected, we do all of our work on a flat fee basis. No surprises!
To determine your flat fee, we review and analyze your unique estate planning needs at your free initial consultation. (Remember, a one-size-fits-all estate plan does not work for anyone because everyone’s situation is unique.) You’ll know the total cost before you hire us. Once you hire us, you can rest assured that you won’t incur any further fees from us. We don’t bill for every phone call, email, letter, etc., so you can feel comfortable calling on us at any time when you have questions or need clarification about something without worrying about additional fees.

If you have a well-crafted estate plan in place, you’ll ensure that your estate passes to whom you want, when you want, and is carried out in the manner you have chosen. That’s what we do. But, you need to know the many options that exist in estate planning — and, you must choose your attorney carefully.
